Thank you for attending the PS21 2024 Gala!

Thanks to your support, we had our most successful Gala ever, raising over $200,000 in support of PS21’s mission: bringing adventurous performing arts to our community at affordable ticket prices.

The Gala spanned the PS21 campus, featuring a cocktail fountain in the orchards, a farm-to-table dinner under the big tent, a silent auction, and a performance of Noli Timere by acclaimed choreographer Rebecca Lazier in our pavilion theater.

Noli Timere is a soaring aerial performance-installation—eight dancers moving within, on, under, and around Janet Echelman’s voluminous floating iridescent net sculpture, up to 25 feet in the air. Rebecca Lazier’s choreography, with an original score by cellist and composer Jorane, daringly synthesizes experimental dance, avant-garde circus, installation art, music, engineering, public sculpture, and social practice.
