Fostering and facilitating the creation of new work is a core component of the PS21 mission.
Our open air Pavilion Theater, Black Box Theater, Dance Barn, artists’ housing, state-of-the art technical facilities, and peaceful 100-acre campus of meadows, orchards, and trails, make PS21 an exciting location for artist residencies year-round. Artists in residence develop their complex ideas, projects, and collaborative work while living in our spacious 18-bed guesthouse.
We offer resident artists the opportunity to engage with local community members directly through our Pathways series of workshops, classes, and performances.
