PS21 Supper Club
On July 13, before the Saturday performance of SMASHED2, PS21 kicked off its 2024 Supper Club series, with a dinner before the performance on the PS21 terrace. Chef Leah Guadagnoli of Fancy Feast Supper Club brought the magic from her Hillsdale farm, and whipped up a menu featuring watermelons and spherical food, as a play on the themes of SMASHED2. PS21’s Maggie Pate hand dyed the table runners from spherical food waste, and all told, it was a curated night of locally grown food, internationally grown performance, and the wild — and spherical — places they meet.
