Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey and somatic embodiment practice, held in an intentional container and guided by wellness practitioners and DJs. This workshop series is about self-expression, freeing your mind, and connecting with your body.
All proceeds will be donated to the Columbia County Recovery Kitchen
Workshop Schedule:
- Doors- 4:45 PM
- Warm-up- 5:00-5:30 PM
- Ecstatic Dance- 5:30-7:00 PM
- Sound Meditation & Closing- 7:00-7:30 PM
These are the standard guidelines for Ecstatic Dance gatherings:
- No talking on the dance floor
- No substances (Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment)
- No shoes
- No Phones, photos, or videos
- Respect for the space and one another
What to wear/bring:
- Clothes that let you move your body.
- Water bottle. We do not provide plastic cups as we strive to be a zero-waste event.
