We’re Hiring: Festival Staff & Volunteers Wanted!
PS21 is launching an exciting new annual festival, and we’re looking for enthusiastic staff and volunteers to help bring it to life. This dynamic, multi-day event will activate our campus and surrounding community with performances, experiences, and winter energy—and we need great people to make it happen.
Whether you’re passionate about the arts, love working live events, or want to be part of something from the ground up, this is a great opportunity to get involved.
Paid staff positions and volunteer roles available.

VOLUNTEER
PS21’s volunteers make up an active and engaged part of our team—a vital component of our community of artists, performing arts professionals, and enthusiasts. Anyone with a passion for the arts and an eagerness to further the PS21 mission is invited to lend a hand! No experience is necessary.
Immediate festival opportunities include:
- Event staff (event prep, check-in, ushering, box office, café support)
- Distribution of posters, postcards, and marketing materials
- Administrative support (photocopying, research, data entry, mailings)
- Groundskeeping
Additional volunteer opportunities throughout the year include:
- Administrative support
- Off-site events (farmers’ markets, community events)
