There are two ways for businesses to support the gala:
1. Take an ad in the beautifully produced program given to each of our guests—including many of the most generous philanthropists in the Hudson Valley.
2. Select from a range of sponsorship packages, which includes seating at the gala, recognition in the program and across our digital channels, and special opportunities such as VIP passes to performances and use of the spectacular Pavilion Theater.

In-Kind Sponsorship
PS21 gratefully accepts in-kind sponsorships. Benefits are extended at a 2:1 ratio (e.g., a $2,500 in-kind contribution receives $1,250 sponsorship benefits). All in-kind contributions are subject to approval and must be directly relevant to Gala production or PS21 operations, including:
- Wine, spirits, and other beverages
- Lodging and hospitality services
- Specialty food items
- Event rentals
- Printing and production services
- Promotion and advertisements
